EnVision developed an Environmental Management Plan (EMP) comprised of an Air Quality Management & Control Plan, Vibration Management & Control Plan, Noise Management & Control Plan, Material Handling & Waste Management Control Plan, Soil Management Plan, and a Water Drainage Management & Control Plan. EnVision also provided a comprehensive range of services to support the project and ensure compliance with the EMP, including implementation of an interior drilling program within limited-access areas to support the Geotechnical Investigation, completion of Designated Substances Surveys and weekly Inspections, implementation of a real-time remotely controlled Noise & Vibration and Air Quality monitoring program which included client access to EnVision’s in-house developed centralized data platform, soil analysis to support appropriate disposal, groundwater quality testing for off-site discharge, and provision of an on-site environmental specialist to support the client’s daily work, as well as to perform Geotechnical Inspections & Testing for footing and rebars.
Supporting Clients Through the Project Lifecycle
EnVision's on-site environmental specialist worked closely with the client on a daily basis, acting as a liaison between the client and the owner to provide an open and effective communication channel. This allowed the project to continuously move forward smoothly, facilitating collaboration with EnVision's office for any required technical support. When confronted with limited and challenging site conditions, EnVision's experienced team consistently delivered optimal solutions. EnVision's in-house developed centralized data platform ensured that stakeholders remained up-to-date with real-time Noise & Vibration and Air Quality monitoring data. This effectively minimized information lag, reducing impacts to schedule associated with implementation of any necessary mitigation measures.
